TopLine Dash Opportunity Status Troubleshooting

Some customers have experienced issues creating a TopLine Dash dashboard from Opportunities in Act!.  This stems from the Status field not showing up in the TopLine query.

When you are creating a dashboard with TopLine Dash in Act! and you would like to sort the table by the Status, the field does not appear under the field selection for the Opportunities table.

Some customers have experienced issues with their TopLine Dash or Designer license registration disappearing from their installation of the software within the Act! program.  After the software has been installed, registered and used for a day, a week or more, a customer logs in and receives a message that TopLine Dash or Designer is in trial mode or the trial has expired.
