Dynamics 365: The CRM of the Future

Dynamics 365 is the latest release in business software for Microsoft, combining CRM and ERP into one product suite with role-based licensing.  Now you can select licensing based on the needs of your users, whether they are in sales, marketing, customer service or operations, with options that encompass multiple roles.  Dynamics 365 also contains a financial component using Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Even more exciting is the artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities of Dynamics 365.  A salesperson can now get a view of the health of their relationship with a customer with Relationship Insights, which uses sentiment analysis to check on the likelihood of a deal closing and what actions should be taken.  How does it do this?  It combs your communications, notes and activities for keywords along with the number of activities to assign a score.  The salesperson then can use this score to gain a view of which relationships are healthy and which relationships need additional attention.
