Did you know that you can view your Act! custom fields on your mobile? It’s a simple process to add them to the mobile form with Act! Premium Mobile. First add the custom field to your Act! Layout — it can be a custom field for Contacts or Opportunities.
If you experience issues with Act! such as calendars not displaying properly, deleting your Act! preferences can resolve these type of issues. This process does not affect your data, it simply resets the minor configuration changes that you may have made to the program on your workstation only.
