At TopLine Results, we never stop learning. Our vendors, like Microsoft, HubSpot, Zoho, ClickDimensions, Constant Contact, MailChimp, SyncApps, and others, are constantly updating their software, so we need to keep up. In addition, we continuously “sharpen our saw” by examining and improving the way we work. In 2023, we have a renewed focus on agile methodology. This blog includes the ways in which TopLine Results demonstrates the core tenets of an agile approach.

The Disciplined Agile mindset includes eight key principles[1]:

Delighting customers is core to the way we work at TopLine Results. It is a key element of our vision, and it is the goal of every product and service we offer. We regularly check-in with customers to ensure we are meeting or exceeding expectations.

Being awesome is something we strive for on a daily basis. We demonstrate respect for our clients and each other and attempt to provide consistent and transparent communications to ensure everyone has the information and tools they need to be successful. We also build quality into the way we work by proactively assessing risks and minimizing them. We also check and double-check everything we deliver.

Context counts for every project and every client. While we’ve worked on thousands of projects, we recognize that every client is unique, and we seek to understand their requirements with no preconceived notions.

Being pragmatic is part of being good stewards of our clients’ investments with us. We attempt to maximize the value we deliver by doing what is right without adding unnecessary complexities.

Optimizing flow is part of our approach on each project. We know that every client has a unique way of working (WoW), and we want to support that with our initiatives. Enterprise awareness is key to serving our clients. We attempt to understand their strategic business objectives, so we know how our work fits into their business plan. By meeting with clients on a regular basis for a health check, we sometimes uncover opportunities for their technology to support an initiative and make it more effective. We truly partner with our clients, so we become part of their extended team and assist them in working to meet their goals and objectives.
