During the implementation phase, TopLine set up integrations with several other Zoho apps like Zoho Sign, Zoho Social, Zoho SalesIQ, and text messaging. We also created customer email templates, custom fields and forms for the account, contact, lead record, and workflows for easy data management. Now, they can track opportunities, leads, and new deals and streamline contract execution processes with their franchises and related cleaning accounts. On the marketing side, they use Zoho email marketing for better communication with current customers and Zoho SalesIQ to integrate their website with CRM to bring in new leads, leading to more deals.
