What it is like to work for TopLine Results

TopLine Results is a small business, but the impact on employees and customers is huge. Our vision is to create delight through imaginative solutions that solve real challenges and deliver tangible results. For over 20 years, TopLine has been supporting organizations with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, digital marketing platforms and expertise, and process consulting. We continue to grow in skills and capability by bringing on new talent and staying up to date on technology innovations.

My name is Lauren Hanson, and I am an Account Executive. I focus on business development for the company. I have been working for TopLine Results for about six months.  I strive to make connections with local organizations and maintain relationships with current clients. I am continuing to learn more about the company and support the great work our company is doing.

As the newest member of the TopLine team, I wanted to share what I have noticed about the company and what it is like to work here.

Encourages “family-like” environment and staff
Starting a new job can be overwhelming, but everyone at TopLine makes it easy. One of the first things we do is have one-on-one meetings with each employee to go over relevant information on how to work best together and get to know each other.  We take the time to acknowledge each other’s accomplishments and are transparent about what is happening within the company all around.

Offers flexibility with work schedules
TopLine Results understands and appreciates that everyone is unique, especially when it comes to their personal lives. We have a mix of remote, hybrid, and in-office staff, making it easy to work around everyone’s busy lives. You oversee creating a schedule that works for you and can choose between reasonable times to start and/or finish making sure you get in a full workday.

Provides access to events and community connections
Something important to me as an employee is to not be stuck doing the same thing every day. Having the opportunity to be a part of and attend networking events makes me feel like I am part of the community. Other than networking, going to events provides new information about what other organizations are doing and strategies they use to be successful. We also work with local companies and having them come into the office or visit their facility makes me feel more connected to the work they are doing.

Supportive of unique abilities
Everyone at TopLine brings their own knowledge and experience, which makes us a well-rounded team. We are fortunate to have a strong leadership team that gives us the space to grow and make our own decisions. If employees have the right answer, they are not afraid to speak up. If they don’t have the answer, they aren’t afraid to ask questions. Everyone is encouraged to be transparent about having knowledge or needing help. The team is very supportive of growth and professional development.
