Pewaukee, WI – TopLine Results Corporation is proud to announce the promotion of Daniel Gitto to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Daniel, who was recognized in 2024 as an Emerging Leader of Waukesha County award recipient, has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to advancing both TopLine Results and the broader business community.
Daniel steps into the role following Melanie Varin’s transition from COO to CEO. Building on her strong foundation, Daniel will oversee operations while advancing strategic initiatives that support TopLine’s mission to empower organizations with CRM consulting, digital marketing, integration solutions, and process consulting.

Previously serving as Director of Operations, Daniel led efforts in streamlining processes, improving collaboration, and strengthening service delivery across teams. His ability to connect with others while ensuring efficiency has positioned him as a trusted leader both inside and outside the organization.
