As a co-owner and former Chief Operating Officer, Melanie brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, and business strategy, including managing teams for Fortune 100+ companies. Since joining TopLine, she has played a key role in enhancing internal operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring client success.
