Missed INBOUND? Here are some of the newest HubSpot updates

HubSpot’s annual marketing and sales conference, INBOUND 2025, was held in San Francisco just after Labor Day. In case you missed it, here are highlights of some of the new features.

Smart CRM

Within the Smart CRM space, several new tools were announced.

    • Flexible CRM Views

      The new flexible CRM views let teams visualize customer data in multiple formats without having to become a reports expert. Meaningful insights are now more readily available than ever. Here’s a short five-minute video that provides an overview: https://hub.wistia.com/medias/539cwnnky4

    • Self-generating CRM Data

      This capability automatically enriches existing and new contact and company records with HubSpot’s priority data, AI-driven smart properties, and contact email conversations. This minimizes time required for manual research and data entry. Data enrichment is now included in Core Seats for Starter Hubs and higher.     • Smart Insights

      This tool proactivity analyzes CRM data and identifies what is important, what has changed, and what to do next. It surfaces important changes, risks, and opportunities with recommended actions. A new Column Insights feature helps you analyze data within a single column of an index view. Smart Digest will analyze all the data in an index view and provide a summary with insights, best practice charts and metrics and summary take-aways. HubSpot Sales Hub

Two new features were announced specifically for HubSpot Sales Hub.

    • Prospecting Agent

      This is a proactive AI agent that continuously monitors prospects for buying signals and provides full sales cycle support. It is AI-powered lead research and personalized outreach that builds your pipeline faster using unified customer data.     • Sales Meetings

      Enhanced sales meetings features automatically capture conversation insights, generate follow-up tasks, and extract key customer requirements. HubSpot Marketing Hub

Three new marketing tools were announced at INBOUND 2025. They include:

    • Segments + Personalization

      List have evolved to “Segments” with a dedicated Segment app featuring AI-powered audience discovery and intuitive filtering, plus new personalization features for creating tailored website experiences.     • Marketing Studio

In addition to these new tools, HubSpot also announced new features for Breeze, Data Hub (formerly Operations Hub), and Commerce Hub.
