Email Marketing: Sync Microsoft Dynamics and Constant Contact with TopLine SymphonySync

For over 10 years I have been working with different organizations on connecting their Microsoft Dynamics CRM database with Constant Contact, MailChimp, ClickDimensions, and other email marketing platforms. Over the years we have used different third-party add-ons to accomplish this – from Zapier to Cazoomi SyncApps.

In the fall of 2021, Cazoomi SyncApps, the standard third-party add-on we use, was affected by an update Microsoft released for multi-factor authentication for Dynamics 365. The release broke the SyncApps integration for clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online and Constant Contact. Microsoft code updates caused the Constant Contact email data to no longer link to the contact record in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and for list size limits to be enforced between the systems.
