Melanie R. Varin is a seasoned leader who has managed large sales and marketing teams for Fortune 100+ companies. With her 30+ years of strategic business expertise, she offers a unique perspective for many of our executive clients having “been there, done that” in her prior roles. Melanie has seen first-hand the “superpower” of aligning go-to-market teams, so she developed a deep passion for Revenue Operations (RevOps) and its potential for driving significant business growth. This passion led to authoring her first book: “Ignite TopLine Growth: How RevOps and Go-To-Market Alignment Spark Success."

At TopLine Results Corporation, where she co-owns the business with her partner, Fred Varin, Melanie is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and strategies with clients across diverse industries. As the Chief Operating Officer, she wears many hats – focusing on internal processes as well as client-facing engagements. Her approach focuses on delivering winning solutions that enhance sales performance, optimize marketing efforts, and streamline business processes, from initial assessment through implementation.

Melanie's credentials include certifications as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a Silver Certified Microsoft partner, and a Registered Salesforce partner. Her commitment to excellence and her vast experience make her an invaluable asset to the TopLine Results team, and to the clients we serve.

Melanie leads an active life by enjoying exercise and many outdoor activities with her family. She loves fine food – both cooking and eating – and enjoys discovering new restaurants. She also enjoys travel and learning about places she has never been. Melanie dedicates a significant portion of her free time to church and faith-based activities, including Board service.
