Jackie Brajner

Chief Marketing Officer


Jackie brings a wealth of expertise and certifications to her role as CMO. She is a Silver Certified Microsoft Partner, Microsoft Certified Professional, Registered Salesforce Partner, ClickDimensions Certified Professional, Pardot Partner, and Constant Contact Partner. Jackie specializes in project management, digital marketing, and evaluating multiple digital marketing solutions to identify the best fit for clients. She is also skilled at training and driving user adoption of new marketing technologies, as well as developing automation and customer journeys that enhance the customer experience.

Prior to joining TopLine, Jackie led the promotions and events team at UW-Green Bay’s University Union, where she managed the graphics, digital marketing, and event needs of various campus departments. She is currently advancing her education by pursuing an MBA with a focus on Marketing.

At TopLine, Jackie works cross-functionally, supporting the sales team with lead generation through marketing campaigns, website edits, and materials. She collaborates with the tech team on product development and ensures a seamless handoff between the CRM and marketing teams. Jackie also works closely with client sales, marketing, and operations departments to automate and optimize their communication processes.

Since joining TopLine in 2008, where she began by making Fred’s tea and answering phones, Jackie has played a pivotal role in developing the company’s marketing line of business.

“Outside of work I’m studying, reading or spending time on the water with my husband and son. I enjoy the outdoors in WI from hiking to fishing and even a little bit of tubing in the winter. I also enjoy using my skills to help others and volunteer with a few different groups to help them with digital marketing and graphic design.”
