Grayson Luce

Grayson is a Technical Sales Associate at TopLine Results, where he combines his technical knowledge and communication skills to support both the tech and sales teams. Specializing in product demos, Q/A testing, and creating videos and voiceovers, Grayson plays a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive the best possible experience. He supports the tech team by working on customer projects across Dynamics, Zoho, and HubSpot, and is actively involved in SymphonySync™'s development, customer support, and content creation.

Grayson is earning his Computer Support Specialist degree from WCTC, which equips him with the skills to excel in his role. Since joining TopLine Results as an intern in 2024, he has quickly become an integral part of the team, assisting with customer demos and ensuring that the solutions provided are of the highest quality. Grayson's dedication to both technical accuracy and clear communication ensures that TopLine's customers have a positive experience.
