Daniel Gitto
Director of Operations
Daniel is the Director of Operations at TopLine Results, where he brings a wealth of experience from working in small companies, giving him expertise in many facets of business operations. As a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master, Daniel focuses on streamlining processes and ensuring operational efficiency. He has nearly a decade of experience in recruiting, hiring, and process documentation.
Daniel collaborates with the sales team to strengthen connections within the southeastern Wisconsin business community and supports sales initiatives, including NPS efforts, building lead lists, and refining sales strategies. As a project manager for the CRM development team, he ensures that the quality of products and services meets customer expectations. Additionally, he partners with leadership on the overall direction of the business and manages relationships with key vendors such as Microsoft, HubSpot, and Zoho.
Daniel graduated from Winona State University in 2015 with degrees in psychology and business.
