With certifications as a Zoho CRM Certified Administrator, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, and Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Cyrus is a key player in designing and implementing innovative CRM solutions.

In his role, Cyrus works closely with the tech team to develop and deploy cutting-edge solutions that meet clients' evolving needs. He also partners with the marketing team to ensure that CRM processes integrate smoothly with marketing efforts, enhancing overall efficiency. Cyrus’s deep technical knowledge and collaborative approach make him an essential contributor to the success of TopLine’s projects and clients.

“Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my four cats— Margarette, Odo, Snickers, and Orca—and my dog, Xena.
I'm also involved in the Door-to-Door ministry as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. When I’m not doing that, I love to go rollerskating and dive into science fiction, especially shows like Star Trek and Stargate.”
