Brandon Nowak

Brandon is a Project Management Associate at TopLine Results, where he supports project delivery, client success, and operational efficiency across the organization. Working closely with the project management, sales, account management, and CRM implementation teams, he helps coordinate project timelines, manage deliverables, facilitate client communication, and ensure successful project execution from kickoff through completion.

A graduate of Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC), Brandon earned multiple certifications in communication, business systems analysis, database development, programming, reporting, and data analytics. His certifications include Communication, Business Systems Analyst, Database Developer, Java Programming, Python Programming, Report Analyst, Data Warehouse Developer, and Foundations of Data Analytics. In recognition of his academic excellence and leadership, he received the 2025 Student of the Year Award for WCTC's IT – Data & Analytics Specialist Program.

Before joining TopLine Results, Brandon served as Scrum Master for his capstone project at WCTC, where he developed hands-on experience in project coordination, team collaboration, and agile methodologies. His specialties include software development, customer engagement, team leadership, and data analytics.
