As a CRM Consultant, Emma leverages her technical skills and certifications to deliver customized CRM solutions that meet clients’ needs. Her specialties include CRM customization, data migration, and report building, making her an essential part of both the technical and sales/marketing teams. Emma supports sales and marketing with demos, ensuring customers get the CRM they need, while also enhancing efficiency through the use of functions and templates in Excel.

Having started as an intern in 2023, Emma quickly demonstrated her capabilities and transitioned into a full-time role after graduating from WCTC with an associate’s degree in IT –Web and Software Development. She’s earned the CompTIA ITF+, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, and Microsoft Office Specialist: Access (Office 2016) certifications. Emma is also known for using functions and Power Query to make powerful Excel features more accessible, such as creating demo data generators and prep sheets. Her dedication to improving efficiency and consistency across teams ensures that TopLine Results continues to deliver high-quality CRM solutions to its clients.
