In our latest webinar, we walked through several new capabilities within HubSpot Sales that can significantly enhance your day-to-day efficiency, including lead scoring, task management, and delivering insight-driven reports. Here’s a full breakdown of the highlights and how you can start using them today.
New “Time Since” and “Time Until” Properties
These calculated properties allow you to easily measure the time between any two dates, like how many days since a deal was created or how many remain until its projected close.
Why is it helpful?
Previously, custom-coded formulas were required to achieve this functionality. Now, you can simply select two dates, and HubSpot will calculate the difference automatically. Some examples of where this would be helpful are to filter deals closing within 30 or 60 days, or segment leads based on how long they have been in your pipeline, or even to enhance reporting dashboards.
Exclude Contacts from Active Lists
Managing exceptions in dynamic lists just got easier. HubSpot now allows you to exclude specific contacts from an active list, without turning it into a static one.
Why is it helpful?
Previously, users were unable to edit a one-off record in a dynamic list without changing the filter criteria or making a static list. Now, this new feature can allow you to remove a contact who still meets the criteria set for the dynamic list. It gives you the ability to manually override inclusion for special cases so you can maintain dynamic automation while keeping full control.
Important note: you can exclude up to 25 contacts per list.
Breeze Copilot Autocomplete for Prompts
HubSpot’s AI assistant, Breeze Copilot, now includes intelligent prompt autofill. As you begin typing, Breeze suggests structured actions, like summarizing a company or generating a report.
Why is it helpful?
This reduces the need to memorize prompt structures or search through menus. You can simply start typing and let Copilot handle the rest.
Note: Breeze Copilot is rapidly releasing updates and expanding its capabilities to make CRM usage even more intuitive.
