Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Summary:
The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting many business operations and a variety of staff members at TopLine Results. The array of responsibilities falling under the Office Manager will include administrative support, sales support and accounting related tasks that will have a tremendous impact on the efficiency of the business. This role will regularly interface with internal team members, customers, and vendors and will require the ability
to quickly reprioritize as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly stay up to date with and send customer invoices using QuickBooks Online
- Stay educated on product pricing and TopLine processes related to subscriptions
- Consistent email and document management
- Monitor subscription changes and renewal dates and keep detailed documentation
- Research customer accounting related issues as they come up
- Phone and/or email follow up with past due customers
- Manage daily mail and check deposits
- Be the first to answer incoming calls
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with external event coordination and set up
- Champion internal recognition for events such as End of Year celebrations, birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.
- Support the TopLine sales team with scheduling customer check ins, networking events, professional events, etc.
- Occasionally assist the sales team with any calls that need to be made
- Additional help where needed

Experience/Educational requirements:
- 3-5 years of general business experience
- Experience in the professional services industry
