Bookkeeper/Office Manager

The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting many business operations and a variety of staff members at TopLine Results. The array of responsibilities falling under the Office Manager will include administrative support, sales support and accounting related tasks that will have a tremendous impact on the efficiency of the business. This role will regularly interface with internal team members, customers, and vendors and will require the ability
to quickly reprioritize as needed.


  • Regularly stay up to date with and send customer invoices using QuickBooks Online
  • Stay educated on product pricing and TopLine processes related to subscriptions
  • Consistent email and document management
  • Monitor subscription changes and renewal dates and keep detailed documentation
  • Research customer accounting related issues as they come up
  • Phone and/or email follow up with past due customers
  • Manage daily mail and check deposits
  • Be the first to answer incoming calls
  • Manage office supplies inventory
  • Assist with external event coordination and set up
  • Champion internal recognition for events such as End of Year celebrations, birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.
  • Support the TopLine sales team with scheduling customer check ins, networking events, professional events, etc.
  • Occasionally assist the sales team with any calls that need to be made
  • Additional help where needed

Experience/Educational requirements:

  • 3-5 years of general business experience
  • Experience in the professional services industry
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
