In-line Grids in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

One of my favorite features in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 is the in-line grid.  In-line grid functionality available in MSCRM 2011 allows you get a full picture of your contacts and customers in one view.  You can embed tables from any view in CRM inside another view or form.  For example, look up one of your customer accounts in CRM, then simply scroll down to view the contact, activity or opportunity tables all within the account form without clicking.  A major time saver!  It is useful not only for views, but also when you need to perform activities related to the account.  When you click on an embedded grid, the ribbon is contextual and changes depending on the entity with which you are working.  This feature addresses one of the major objections against earlier versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM:  the need for multiple clicks to access data.  In-line grid functionality reduces clicks and the need to open multiple windows thereby boosting user productivity.
