Histories

If you are
interested in measuring performance, the History panel can display a report
showing cleared/completed activities from ACT! The filtering allows you to
select any history type, date range and users with your choice of fields to
display from the Contact, History or Company tables! If you want to send an
update on a critical history entry, the dashboard includes the option to send
any history entry via email directly from the list view. As with most
dashboards, you can return data in a list or graphical view and print if you
need a hard copy report. |
