History Query (2010)

The History Advanced Query panel (for ACT!2010 and later) reports on all History Records in the ACT! database using advanced querying.  This panel offers pre-built queries to aid in the creation of reports.  Leave the query blank to return ALL records.  The History Advanced Query filter displays the Dash Advanced Query Designer:

Pre-Built Queries:
Histories:  Returns all History Records which match the query. The History Query Panel will only show the History fields for each record returned.

Histories linked to Companies: Returns all History Records which have been associated with Company Records matching the query.  If one History Record has been associated with multiple Company Records, the History Record is returned multiple times.  Query can contain both Company and Notes fields.  The History Query Panel will show the Notes and Company fields for each record returned.

Histories linked to Contacts: Returns all History Records which have been associated with Contact Records matching the query.  If one History Record has been associated with multiple Contact Records, the History Record is returned multiple times.  Query can contain both Contact and History fields.  The History Query Panel will show the History and Contact fields for each record returned.

Histories linked to Groups: Returns all History Records which have been associated with Group Records matching the query.  If one History Record has been associated with multiple Group Records, the History Record is returned multiple times.  Query can contain both Group and History History fields.  The History Query Panel will show the History and Group fields for each record returned.

Histories linked to Opportunities: Returns all History Records which have been associated with Opportunity Records matching the query.  If one History Record has been associated with multiple Opportunity Records, the History Record is returned multiple times.  Query can contain both Opportunity and History fields.  The History Query Panel will show the History and Opportunity fields for each record returned.
