The latest release from Act! is here. Act! v19 is now available. Great new features and improvements are outlined below.
- Act! v19 is compatible with 64-bit Office integration for Office 2016, 2013 and 2010.
- Act! v19 includes Act! emarketing improvements with an enhanced wizard. View where you are in relationship to your monthly contact limit and also the number of contacts scheduled for the current send.
- Act! emarketing now includes a warning when your current send will exceed the monthly limit and give you the option to increase your service level.
- Act! emarketing has a new campaign send confirmation and send performance improvement — now sends are completed up to five times faster.
- Record history for Act! emarketing now will update the current history and not create multiple entries.
- Enhancements for Act! for Web in v19 include a scan for duplicate records, access to the layout designer and a new formatting toolbar.
- Act! v19 includes new report formats with enhancements for data captured, filtering and more.
- Act! v19 introduces the Act! Companion mobile app which is free for customers with active subscriptions.
